Within Ukraine:

International Orders:

• Payment via the website during order confirmation (you can switch to the English version for direct payment)

Delivery Methods:

Within Ukraine:

• Delivery via Nova Post within 2-3 business days
• Shipping cost according to the carrier's rates

International Delivery:

• Ukrposhta (approximately 14 days)
• Express delivery upon agreement with the customer
• International shipping cost calculated individually

Returns and Exchanges: In accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection," you have the right to return or exchange the purchased item within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is of satisfactory quality (unused and undamaged).
